毛仔派对 / Furppy 使用条款（EULA）

欢迎使用 毛仔派对 / Furppy（以下简称“本 App”或“我们”）。使用本 App 即表示您同意遵守本使用条款。若您不同意本条款，请停止使用本 App。
1. 服务说明
Furppy 提供宠物日常打卡、健康档案、遛狗记录、宠物友好地图、课程学习、贴纸制作与相关会员权益。部分功能可能需要登录、网络连接或付费订阅。
本 App 中关于宠物健康、运动、训练或护理的内容仅供日常记录和参考，不构成兽医诊断、治疗建议或其他专业意见。若宠物出现异常情况，请及时咨询专业兽医。
2. 账户与使用责任
- 您应保证注册、登录和提交的信息真实、准确，并妥善保管账户凭证。
- 您对通过自己账户进行的操作、上传内容和宠物资料负责。
- 您不得冒用他人身份、干扰服务运行、绕过安全机制，或以违法、不当方式使用本 App。
3. 用户内容与门店信息
您可能会在本 App 中上传宠物照片、记录、门店资料、位置或其他内容。您仍保留对自己内容的权利，但授予我们在提供、审核、展示、同步、备份和改进服务所必要范围内使用这些内容的非独占许可。
对于用户提交的宠物友好门店信息，我们可能进行人工或自动审核，并可根据内容质量、安全性、真实性或运营需要拒绝、修改展示或移除相关内容。
4. VIP 自动续期订阅
Furppy 当前提供以下自动续期订阅：
- 订阅名称：VIP 月卡 / Furppy VIP Monthly
- 订阅周期：1 个月，按月自动续订
- 订阅权益：课程闪电能量无限、贴纸容量提升、解锁遛狗分享地图版等 app 内数字权益
- 订阅价格：以 App 内 VIP 中心和 Apple 购买确认面板显示的价格为准
确认购买后，费用将通过您的 Apple ID 账户收取。除非您在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消订阅，否则订阅会自动续期，并在当前周期结束前 24 小时内向您的 Apple ID 账户收取续期费用。
您可以在 iOS 设备的“设置” > Apple ID > “订阅”中管理或取消订阅。取消后，您仍可使用已购买周期内的 VIP 权益，直至当前周期结束。退款申请和账单争议由 Apple 按其政策处理。
5. 价格、功能变更与可用性
我们可能根据产品规划、运营需要或法律要求调整功能、权益、价格、可售地区或订阅方案。涉及自动续期订阅的重要变更将按 Apple 和适用法律要求提示您。
6. 隐私
我们会按照 隐私政策 处理您的个人信息和使用数据。请在使用本 App 前阅读隐私政策。
7. 第三方服务
本 App 可能使用 Apple App Store、Apple 内购、地图、云存储、消息或其他第三方服务。您在使用相关功能时，也应遵守第三方服务的规则和条款。
8. 知识产权
本 App 的名称、界面、图标、软件代码、设计、文案、课程内容和其他由我们提供的材料，均受相关知识产权法律保护。未经授权，您不得复制、修改、分发、出售、出租、反向工程或以其他方式不当使用。
9. 服务暂停与终止
如您违反本条款、法律法规或损害其他用户、商家或我们的合法权益，我们可在合理范围内限制、暂停或终止您对部分或全部服务的使用，并保留依法追究责任的权利。
10. 免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，本 App 按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。我们会努力保持服务稳定和数据安全，但不保证服务始终不中断、无错误或完全满足您的所有预期。
因网络、设备、第三方服务、Apple 付款系统、用户操作或不可抗力导致的服务异常，我们将在合理范围内协助处理，但不承担超出适用法律要求的责任。
11. Apple 标准 EULA
对于通过 Apple App Store 下载和使用的 iOS 版本，除本条款外，Apple 标准最终用户许可协议也适用。您可在此查看：Apple Standard EULA。
12. 条款更新
我们可能因功能变化、订阅方案调整或法律要求更新本条款。更新后的条款将在本页面发布，并以页面显示的最后更新日期为准。继续使用本 App 即表示您接受更新后的条款。

Furppy Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to 毛仔派对 / Furppy (the “App”, “Furppy”, “we”, or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1. Service Description
Furppy provides pet daily check-ins, health records, dog walking records, pet-friendly maps, course learning, sticker creation, and related membership features. Some features may require login, network access, or a paid subscription.
Pet health, exercise, training, or care information in the App is for daily tracking and reference only. It is not veterinary diagnosis, treatment advice, or professional medical guidance. Please consult a qualified veterinarian if your pet has any health concerns.
2. Account and User Responsibilities
- You should keep your registration, login, and submitted information true and accurate, and protect your account credentials.
- You are responsible for activities, uploads, and pet information submitted through your account.
- You may not impersonate others, interfere with the service, bypass security measures, or use the App in an unlawful or abusive manner.
3. User Content and Store Information
You may upload pet photos, records, store details, locations, or other content in the App. You retain your rights in your content, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it as necessary to provide, review, display, sync, back up, and improve the service.
For user-submitted pet-friendly store information, we may review it manually or automatically, and may reject, adjust, display, or remove it based on quality, safety, accuracy, or operational needs.
4. VIP Auto-Renewable Subscription
Furppy currently offers the following auto-renewable subscription:
- Subscription title: Furppy VIP Monthly / VIP 月卡
- Subscription length: 1 month, automatically renews monthly
- Subscription benefits: unlimited course energy, expanded sticker capacity, dog-walk map sharing, and other in-app digital benefits
- Subscription price: the price shown in the in-app VIP Center and Apple purchase confirmation sheet
After you confirm the purchase, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. If you cancel, you can continue using VIP benefits until the end of the current paid period. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Price, Feature Changes, and Availability
We may adjust features, benefits, prices, available regions, or subscription plans based on product, operational, or legal needs. Material changes to auto-renewable subscriptions will be communicated as required by Apple and applicable law.
6. Privacy
We handle personal information and usage data according to our Privacy Policy. Please read it before using the App.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may use Apple App Store, Apple in-app purchase, maps, cloud storage, messaging, or other third-party services. When using those features, you must also comply with the relevant third-party rules and terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The App name, interface, icons, software code, designs, text, course content, and other materials provided by us are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse them without authorization.
9. Suspension and Termination
If you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or harm the legitimate rights of other users, merchants, or us, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to part or all of the service within a reasonable scope, and reserve our legal rights.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service stable and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation.
For service issues caused by networks, devices, third-party services, Apple payment systems, user actions, or force majeure events, we will provide reasonable assistance but are not liable beyond what applicable law requires.
11. Apple Standard EULA
For the iOS version downloaded and used through the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard end user license agreement also applies in addition to these Terms. You can view it here: Apple Standard EULA.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms due to feature changes, subscription plan adjustments, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and the latest update date will be shown above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
